Digital Purchases — All digital purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream and archive the purchased music for personal use only. Redistribution, commercial use, or sharing of downloaded files is strictly prohibited.
Physical Orders — Physical CD shipments are dispatched via third-party carriers. Delivery times may vary. BGSI Records is not liable for carrier delays once a shipment has been dispatched.
Refunds — Refunds are only applicable to unfulfilled digital orders within 14 days of purchase. Once a digital download has been accessed, the purchase is considered fulfilled and non-refundable. Physical items may be returned if they arrive damaged.
Accounts — You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. BGSI Records reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Content — All music, artwork, and associated content on this platform is owned by the respective artists and licensed to BGSI Records. Unauthorised reproduction is a violation of copyright law.
